We place orders, give instructions, receive orders, give specific detail. Examples are:

Delivery dates.
Quantity information.
Shipping.
Type of product/order.
Contact information.
Availability times.
Confirmations.
Scheduling for meetings.
Taking notes or minutes of meetings.

The list goes on…

One of the most important factors in communication is that it be accurate. With both written and verbal communication, accuracy is of the essence.

Look at e-mails 1 & 2. Which one provides better, more accurate information? Make notes of the differences, and compare them.

I was inquiring about the contracts that were sent to you by courier. As you know, the deadline is fast approaching to have these contracts signed and returned for processing. In order for this deal to go through without any problems, we need to ensure that the contracts and signed and returned to my office on May 27, 2013.
